EC and cramps...running out of ideas

    and no its not pms!

    :wavey: hi everyone im jessica...and im addicted to weights

    (everyone say hi jess)

    anyway i started a cycle of EC which is doing great! but regardless of what i do to prevent them i still get cramps in my calves. i increased my water intake, take a mg/k supplement, and try to eat a banana sometime during the day (it varies). any other ideas?? maybe try a multi to? the mg/k supplement has 600mg of magnesium and 198 mg of potassium.

    wtf a chick who lifts, gtfo.

    I can't say I have had this problem on EC, but my only guess is that you need even more water, since EC causes a drop in excess water.

    Looks like I have everything covered on this site...maybe up my Mg and Ca

    >100 fluid ounces, if I take EC I drink a ton

    sure i'd love to see nudes of you!! so sweet of you to offer. I think I'll fit in just fine on this board.

    I'll do before and after pics in three months...maybe then i'll show ya a little nipple

    :rofl: sounds like a plan.

    personally, I'd be drinking more water. when I'm on my EC stack I stay anywhere from 1.5-2 gallons (including the water I drink at the gym). >100 sounds like a lot, but you should be in the 160+ range (gallon and a quart +)

    ok will up the water...i added up what i drank so far today and it's been a little over a gallon

    when I was on a small clen cycle I was taking 3g's of taurine daily (in three spaced out doses) and 200mg of potassium before bed. I never had any cramps from it.

    I think that's probably was it is, I had some seasoned chicken and veggies for lunch and I just got done doing my cardio and had no cramping in my calves.

    low amounts of NaCl=decreased amount body water + diuretic EC stack + sweating =CRAMPING

    damn your quick at posting! I've been on the site for awhile. Specifially F&N well...I have my associates in exercise science and finishing up my undergrad in human physiology...used to lift alot then took the summer off b/c of work. Now been lifting heavy again for 2 weeks.
