eating sweetened condensed milk for bulking?

    I like to eat it with tea or like Formz said, boil it and then eat it. Just making sure it's 'healthy' and 'lean' food :hsd:

    that doesn't make sense? so i'll take 20 tablespoons of this stuff and all the condensed milk in the container will be gone?! Seems like a small container

    in OP's case is bulking pure fat gaining goal?

    i dont see why people keep recommending whole milk, and instead recommend skimmed evaporated type milk and a good fat on the side....

    when i used to eat cereal , id put skim milk, and tablespoon of light olive oil (not the sour virgin kind)

    id eat about 2 cups worth so
    ~ 628 cals 17g protein 91g carbs (38g sugar - 8g fiber) 18g fat (10g mono 4 poly 2.5 sat)

    of course skim milk + 1/2 table spoon olive oil is 150 cal 9g pro, 6.5g fat (5g mon .7 poly .8 sat), 12g carbs

    vs whole milk 147 cal 8g protien, 8g fat ( 5g sat, 3g poly) , 12g carbs

    so why not go with skim milk + olive oil ? (ok olive oil might be discusting to some, sub cashews or almonds)

    no i dont want to bulk fat, i want to bulk 'clean'/'lean' but sometimes
