Eating protein

    I weight 165 pounds and from reading the FAQS i should be eating .7 - .9 grams of protein per pound I weight if i am looking to gain muscle. So I should be eating around 115.5 grams to 148.5 grams. Realistically without protein shakes and almonds or what not I only eat about 60-80 grams on a regular day but now that i'm lifting weights I want to eat an optimal amount. Should i be eating 115-148 grams everyday or only on days that I am working out?

    cottage cheese, chicken, turkey, tuna..etc..all LOADED with protein

    4 cups of milk and 1/2 pound of chicken by themselves is about 110g of protein. it's pretty easy to get protein. I'm not saying to drink 4 cups of milk or eat 1/2 pound of chicken every day, but those are common things most people would eat anyways. mix it up with other things on different days like tuna, low sodium beef jerky. If you are working out go for a protein shake or bar before your workout.

    you can never have too much protein mate..

    aim for 165+ just to be safe.. if you cant get that out of your normal diet then eat more chicken and tuna and have some protein shakes.

    whey may decrease appetite, but a fat bacon wrapped steak and a baked sweet potato decreases it even more om nom nom

    same with me actually. i've been reading that it has shown to decrease appetite. i could have 6 scoops and it wouldnt matter. i fucking love food

    my gum used to come in a pack of 4 and when i bought it yesterday it's the same size packaging but there's only 3 packs and the top slot is empty. :ugh: deceptive shit.
