Eating Properly

    hey everyone, I have been working out for a couple months now and im trying to bulk up but i always have trouble eating enough food. I am currently like 5'11 and 140lbs and i need to gain weight. I never find i have enough time to make food or i am just to lazy and i will be going back to college in september so it will be even harder, does anyone have any suggestions on good quick foods to eat or maybe a meal plan for the day or something to help me out

    well if you're trying to bulking up or dieting protein is very important, i'd say try grilling chicken, it's easy and should not take too much time


    grilling or even broiling fish is just as fast

    natural peanut butter on like 12 grain bread, fish, steak, chicken, protein shakes, milk, ultra lean grain hot pockets.( whatever they are called)

    get yourself a mini george foreman grill (dorm size) and use it to make yourself some chicken and shit

    make friends with tuna. I always kept at least one loaf of bread with a jar of natty pb in my dorm whenever I wanted to snack on something. Also, get some whey protein, learn to like it with water. Take advantage of the all you can eat places as much as you can. I would always steal cereal from there so I could have something to snack on in the mornings. Buy some ziplock bags, bring a backpack and grab some goods.
