I was wondering, what would you guys recommend eating later on at night? Sometimes I don't have time or don't feel like working out earlier in the day so I go before the gym closes and come home around this time (11:00-ish) and needless to say I'm hungry. I usually just drink a glass of skim milk and have a pbj (natural PB after reading the thread here). I don't go to sleep directly afterwards but is that too fattening still? I'm trying to put on a few more pounds of muscle since I stopped working out for about 4 months and lost a bit but at the same time I'm not looking to put on any BF. Suggestions?
