I got my ass in gear this past summer/fall, running, pushups, situps, cutting out junk food, less fatty foods, etc. Then this Jan I went away to school, stress, greasy school food, etc. Ugh. I find it really hard to eat healthy, especially at the dining hall here at school. Does anybody have any tips for me to eating healtheir while away at college, espcially while eating at the dining halls?
