I eat 4-5 servings a day, but I cant help to feel guilty. Do I need to limit them too?

Where is all that fructose going? :(

It all depends on how insulin resistant or sensitive you are and how lean you want to get and how far you have to go to get there.

Yeah it depends on a lot of things....if you're fairly active then there's no need to cut fruit out a well-balanced diet IMO.

eat the skins of the fruit (that is where all the fiber and vitamins are) as opposed to the sugary core, and at that you will ahve macros as good as veggies

I'm picturing you painstakingly peeling an apple, then chucking it strait into the trash and scarfing down the peel

You realize fruit is more calories than most veggies, right?

    Look, here's the deal:

Fructose preferentially goes to liver glycogen. Therefore, fruit may/will help with satiation.

Past that, it's all about calories.

I eat fruit both cutting and bulking. However it's because my roommate buys a ton of fruit and then forgets about it and even though I didn't pay for it I hate to see it go bad so I eat it all.

:) Don't lose the veggies entirely. Lot of bulk for very few cals, and the nutrients are different between say, green leafy veggies and an apple.

I just stick the fruit up my butt. I absorb the nutrients but not the calories.

I eat a lot of fruit (several servings a day), and I have never had a problem. Then again, I need it to replenish glycogen stores, because I go through quite a few carbs between conditioning and fighting. It shouldn't really be making of an impact on your insulin levels as long as you don't each too much at a time, and also take in the fiber (so ixnay on the juice) and/or a fat source as well. That will regulate how fast that sugar hits your bloodstream.
Mostly just make sure you're right in your calories. That will at least get you to your six pack. Worry about hormone levels, etc. then.
