Eating correctly.......

    When is the correct time to eat? Before or after the gym?? I do weight lifting and I am gonna start running when I go to the gym....

    I usually do 1 hour prior, then immediately after i down a PWO

    :ugh: everyone knows the best time is during. i bring a tubberware container of rice+chicken and eat it inbetween sets.

    rice and chicken? i would think a shake would be more appropriate during a workout....considering it wont take as long to digest

    i do 1 scoop of whey 30 minutes before, 2 scoops of whey 30 minutes after.
