Your right, they are high in sodium but I still eat them. Can of turkey chili delivers an easy 50g protein, so kinda hard to beat.

    Well, yeah. :bigthumb:

Can also mix up the italian dressing and instead use light/fat free honey mustard dressing or a balsamic vinagrette or something along those lines as well. Helps add some variety and tastes like victory.

yeah, textured soy protein and bean protein, both of which are very easy to beat.

never really got a straight answer. except for giz's answer. I don't wanna know alternatives to what I should eat.

I wouldn't worry about the sodium.

When I first read the thread title, I somehow thought you were asking about eating chilli while on the toilet.

    A whopper has 980mg.
Unless you have health issues (like blood pressure), let's just say its not bad enough for you to worry about. Worry about dropping the fork in the toilet instead.;)

Hormel chili? Cuz that's the only kind I've ever seen.

Turkey chili is awesome. Get some chips and cheese and a microwave and you can make nachos.
