Ive been eating so clean, its hard for me to eat over 1k calories. basically the only food i eat is: tuna (with a shitload of mustard and a bit of mayo) salmon burgers no bun or condiments or extras, just straight up) turkey burgers (no bun or condiments or extras, just straight up) and chicken (stiry fried with veggies) lately ive been eating a double stack from wendys just to get my calorie count up. Maybe its becuase my food is so extremely plain? I hate tuna, turkey burgers kinda suck, and my recipe for teryaki sucks edit: Im trying to lose weight, but keep muscles ( dont have any, so im trying to gain). i train in MMA 4 hours a week. im 5 9 ~157-160 right now. and i eat around 90-120g protein per day. my schedules doesn't really allow me to lift. So basically, my question is should i keep on throwing in fast food, or perhaps i should buy some protein poweder and do some scoops (im still trying to drop weight)? I would buy milk, but my roommates jack my shit and its gone in 2 days. or whats the deal?
