Does it promote weight gain? Or does it not matter? What are your thoughts?
it does promote weight gains, also it fucks up your stomach too.
There are arguments for either side.
All I know is this... I "feel" fatter when I eat late at night. I feel bloated the whole next day if i eat within about two or three hours of bedtime.
It all depends on what you eat imo. I have a casein shake b4 I go to bed and have yet to gain weight. Eat some cottage cheese b4 u go to bed, that way you wont be hungry and you've got a good source of protein, i would personally do that but i dont like cottage cheese so the shake works just the same.
I normally have some cottage cheese or some peanut butter before bed.
depends on what/how much you eat the rest of the day
Yeah, it's a better idea for your body not to have any food during 6-8 hours
yes.. your body knows when its night time and automatically turns anything you eat into fat
same thing with carbs, the carb fairy comes out after 10pm to turn any carbs right into fat too
Second last thing before bed was a 142g bag of this...
Last thing was frosted blueberry pop tarts.
can actually be anticatabolic if you eat before bed
don't be eating a fuckin steakbomb and rings , keep it healthy and you'll be good
I down two scoops of syntha 6 before bed
if i eat something before i go to bed, i wake up starving. If I don't, I dont wake up hungry.
I eat, therefore I feast in the mornings
Actually that happens to me too... if I eat a high carb meal before bed, the next morning I'm starving. Protein though I'm fine...
i always eat right before bed
What do you usually eat?
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp natty pb
I believe youre being sarcastic, but your body DOES know when it's night time.
cottage cheese and or pb
protein shake with a lil low fat/cal ice cream, and some pb ftw.
hmm, how active are you? are you exercising/lifting 5+ days a week? i would attribute that to ice cream not adding tons of bad weight
and i do whey + ice cream + peanutbutter, might be overdoing it
