Do you guys eat before working out? Do you guys wait for the food to go down or do you guys jump on it after the meal? Whats a good meal to have before working out? I usually find myself hungry when I get off work, which is 6:30 am, and that's about the time I go to the gym. Thanks.

I eat 15-30 minutes before working out. I generally try to get in some complex carbs and some protein. Usually this is either from an energy bar, or a simple sandwich on wheat bread and a banana. After I workout I just eat dinner (I work out pretty late).

usually 1 hour prior to workout. if i plan on running and do cardio, i wait it out at least 1.5hr since i tend to get cramps easily.

no eating here, just liquid cals.

I prefer a protein/oatmeal/gatorade drink pre/post workout cause its easy to pre make and the nutrients get where they are going in a hurry

I have to eat right before I go or else my blood sugar is so low that I can't lift a thing.
