Eating before sleeping.. myth or fact?

    My busy schedule doesn't really allow me to eat hours before going to bed maybe 1 hour prior to hitting bed is the best I can squeeze in, just wanted to know if this eating before sleeping deal has any factual information behind it or not? I am eating really lean before going to bed not sure if that counts or not.. :o

    No. Calories in < calories out no matter what time of day.

    I wouldn't go crazy with the carbs late at night if your real serious about getting leaned out.

    well he mentioned nothing bout carbs..

    i pound away a cup of cottage cheese and some almonds almost daily

    I wouldnt know any myths or anything but i find i recover better if i eat a crapload of good stuff, but stay away from sugar or any high GI food's and eat low GI carbs... anything else i think you should be good

    same if I eat too early I wake up hungry as fuck.

    weight gainer shake for me. milk, 2 scoops whey, 2 banana's, bit of fruit sorbe sometimes, oats and egg whites
