Eating Before SLeep

    is it true that eating something like cottage cheese or eggwhites at ngiht before sleeping helps in weightloss

    I usually have something high in protein before I go to sleep. It's not like your muscles stop rebuilding themselves during the night, they still need fuel to repair after lifting.

    casein shake before bed

    Werd. Add milk to it to make it even slower digesting. I use EvoPro (makers of Muscle Milk and a great casein protein). Mix it with milk and you have a protein that'll take a good 6-8 hours to break down.
