Eating before bed?

    How long should I stop eating before I go to bed, I ussualy have my last meal about a hr before I go to bed. Is that too late?

    Well two chicken breast and a cup of brown rice is cooking now, I go to bed in like a hr.

    I usually try to wait at least 2 hours before going to bed..

    i usually eat a scoop of peanut butter and a glass of milk before bed :bowdown:

    I normally try to fit in around 800 calories before bed, and I haven't had any problems other than maybe the peanut butter keeping me up sometimes if I get up to piss.

    It's actually a good thing. Some idiots on here will disagree, but they can fuck off. Anyway the reason why it's a good thing is because as you sleep you are fasting, your body goes more catabolic the longer it fasts and you'll lose a little bit more muscle than normal. eating a protien before bed, especally a slow protien like casien which can be bought in shake form or found in cottage cheese will help you keep your hard earned lean muscle. not losing a pound of muscle is every bit as good as gaining a pound of muscle, right?

    1 serving mass meal in milk 10-15 min before bed.

    i just had a tuna sandwich on whole grain bread before i go to sleep in a lil bit

    I still have pasta, pork medallions and bread on my plate, that Im finishing before bed here shortly.

    Casein protein with 1% fat milk before going to sleep. last carbs intake always at least 4 hours before bedtime.
