The first few days it was awesome.

Now I'm sick of seeing fucking food. I hate it.

But my DL and incline have gone up quicker than they did all summer, so it must be working.

    thats all.

It's very hard with healthy foods.
I add a handful of peanuts to every meal.

Unless you are getting most of that from pasta, that would be very expensive.
You are eating the food of 2.5 average people each day.

    Good point.

    Wendys for lunch today! woohoo!

I'm allergic to walnuts, so they're out. Almonds are already a good part of my diet, as is freshly ground peanut butter.

So far i'm doing it pretty healthy. Lots of meat and fish - I've just about eaten a whole cow and about 30 chickens in the past month.

If I see ONE more can of tuna... Right now it's 3 cans today, one for breakfast, one for lunch, and one before bed... Gross.

But fucking  it's working. My cut dropped me below 200, which was unacceptable. Especially considering that I couldn't maintain my PR's while finishing it out. That pissed me off beyond belief.

But now with this bulk, I can almost SEE my body grow after every workout. It's great. I feel SO much stronger already.

    My goals for this bulk:

Weight - 230-250lbs, body fat in low double digits. (right now, ~200, somewhere around 8-10%)

    Lifts:

    DL 500x5
    Squat - 500x5 ATG
    Incline Bench - 450x5

Previous PR's: (during last bulk. I lost about 10-20% during the cut...)

    DL: 350x5
    Squat: 350x5 ATG
    Incline: 350x5

Only if you are a pussy.

I'm transitioning back into a maintenance diet now which will be around 4000-4500cal/day. When you are getting 350-400g protein, the rest of the calories just kinda fall into place. I can get that many calories in as little as 3-4 meals if I want to.

Starch + meat + cheese at every meal. It goes up fast :
Breakfast = 2x croissant with ham, cheese and egg
Lunch = Bagel with chicken and cheese and a PBJ sandwich or 2 bagels or a loaded 12-inch sub
Dinner = Pasta/rice with 1 lb of ground meat in the sauce, home made extra meat pizza

Depending on the portions, you could get near 4000 cals easily and then add some food around your workouts and some desserts :)

I don't really see how it's that hard. I'd sit at work and eat a tin of cashews (like 1700 calories) on accident just between my normal 2000 calories of cottage cheese, eggs and chicken that I'd eat during the day.

Then I'd eat a chipotle burrito and a bunch of other food at night. God I miss those days. :wtc:
