Eat expired protein?

    I got some expired protein from bb.com and i'm trying to decide whether or not I should eat it :eek3:

    it expires aug07 so still might be good :dunno: I just don't wanna eat it if the protein is useless or something

    :werd: that's what im leaning towards cuz im a cheapie :o

    just that i've been feeling like shit recently and it must be something i'm eating or CEE or something if u know what i mean :mamoru:

    Expiration dates on products that last > 6 months usually just play it safe.

    It's not like fruit or milk.

    edit: just don't let it last MUCH longer

    just eat it. I wouldn't worry about dates unless its fresh stuff. I have a friend who grills chicken breasts and eats them a day later without refrigeration! (We travel alot for work, so he will pack them in his suit case without an ice pack) :Barf:

    the protein content will be lower than what was labelled, but otherwise its fine
