Just like the title states, im wondering.
nutrition before and after
meal an hour-hour.5 after
Most definitely after. But for me personally, I like to have something before I hit the gym.. usually a shake with a banana or some other carb.
i always eat like a yogurt or something before, then lunch after
I eat a full meal before and a full meal after, both within the hour.
I usually eat a TV dinner or subway after....
Some ppl do both others make a large shake and drink it throughout the workout, and then get some nutrition afterwards as well. I personally like the before and after, for some reason when I tried to drink a shake during a workout I felt sick, works for some not for others.
i eat a banana before and an apple after
Today, I ate a cup of oatmeal with a scoop of whey and 3 egg whites before my workout. Afterwards (right now) i drank 2 scoops of whey in 10oz. of skim and ate a banana.
I drink a protein shake on the way home from work, then lift, then eat a frightening sized dinner. Then I eat a bunch of shit before bed too.
only a light something before i go (yogurt, fruit)....if i eat too much i feel gross
