easy way to send files over ssh?

    i have a linux box (fedora 8) at school running ssh. i have to vpn into the university first to connect to it, i can log in just fine and do command line stuff

    i wanted to send a few files to the server. any easy way to do this?

    if you can ssh, you should be able to scp or sftp.

    scp FTW! Well, that or if you've got a client computer that's also linux, rsync it. Can't do rsync with PuTTY on a Windows box.

    winscp is working great

    i just need a faster upstream on my dsl
