HOPEFULLY i will be getting a free ibook from gadgetcity.com, but i think it will come with a combo drive and not the superdrive. if i want to upgrade, is it reasonably easy to install it? possible at all even?

Possibly but difficult, and probably not worth the cost. I would personally go with an external drive.

they are super expensive, unless u can find a broken computer on ebay where u also need some other parts from it, dont bother.

I looked into it. Apparently iBooks arnt to easy to move arround it, and when i found a good tutorial it looked to take arround 45 minutes to get to the drive itself, but thats what the guy said.
