so i'm working on eating more natural/raw foods, exercising, and leading a healthier life in general but i just feel like i need to try to flush my body of all the toxins that i can. i've read a lot online but everyone differs. does anyone have any tips on a fairly simple detox diet/plan? and what about any natural supplements that i should be taking daily for general health/immune health/energy? again, i've read a bunch on it but everyone differs on what the "basics" should be.
