THrow 3 1/4lb burgers on the foreman... I leave them on until they are well done so as much fat as possible drains off of them....

When finished place three burgers on a plate

, take a giant scoop of fat free ricotta cheese and put it on top of each patty.... (10g of protein per serving, 0 fat, 0 carbs - go nuts here) then put your preferred tomato sauce on top of everything....

Add pepper/assorted spices of your choosing

Toss in the microwave for a minute to make sure the sauce and cheese is nice and hot...

enjoy... Take about 5 minutes to prepare...has a ton of protein, little fat, and some carbs in the tomato sauce...

Tastes pretty fucking good, and is cheap and quick....
