Easiest protein to digest?

    I'm using ISOpure right now and it doesn't really agree with me too much. I have a bit of lactose intolerance, don't know if that matters?

    Which protein powder is the easiest on your digestive system? Thanks

    You can get the partly digested stuff, so I'm assuming thats easiest.

    I just ordered some substance WPI after some research on bodybuilding.com, I hope that will work for me. If not, I can always try something else.

    how long have you been drinking it?


    I'm not lactose intolerant in the least bit, yet I get stomach aches whenever I start taking protein shakes after not having them for a while... not sure why exactly, but it always happens. It goes away after a week or so, and if I drink them consistently every day it never really comes back. This may be the case for you :dunno:

    Partially pre digested whey peptides will probably be the easiest and quickest thing to digest.
