Early Practice

    If you have practice at 6:15 AM three times a week and it involves running and lifting what would you eat if anything before and say after? I'll get home around 8:AM also what would be the best to eat the night before?

    Eat something before (nothing heavy I guess) and something after.

    Protein shake beforehand maybe with some oats. Standard breakfast afterwards. Cottage cheese or casein source at night is pretty standard.

    how much oats would you mix in? so some eggs and toast after would be fine?

    1/2 cup? I don't think you need too much, just some early morning carbs since your body is probably craving them. And if by some eggs you mean 6 egg whites then yea, that's good.
