Way more focused than at night time with the day's events swirling through my head.

Now I just have to get more sleep. :hs:

i used to do it. its not so bad once you actually get to the gym and warmup. i actually felt refreshed before and after the workout.

I try to shoot for the afternoon idealy, but I usually end up doing it at in the evening. I'd love to do mornings workouts, but it's too hard for me to get up that early. :hs:

i usually go 10min on treadmill at 8.0 speed w/ a sweater. It gets me warmed up so i dont strain any muscles.

i work out at 8 am...its just natural for me now...

Usually i drink a Rockstar before hitting the weights.

I'd prefer to work out early afternoon like 1 or 2...my #'s seem to be up around that time :mamoru:

i work out at 5:30am. I do find that I can't lift as much weight as I can in the afternoon, but its the only time i can go.

Mornings are good before class, but I dont have a preference really as long as I get a good workout.

I couldn't imagine working out in the morning. My body isn't awake yet and I just don't like it! I prefer running after work...

I'm in the gym usually by 8am.
I'd love to be able to go around 1 or 2 but that's my designated nap time.

They say you have the most energy between 12 noon and 4:00 PM. I try to workout accordingly.

Moses can I eat your av?

I went and worked out before work once at 6am, and it was nice because the gym was empty, but I wasn't really that awake. And when I got to work I felt like I'd been awake forever. The day went by soooo slowly.
