Broly crew need your help. Becouse of my school and early classes i had to switch my workout times, usually i went at 11 and it fit in my schedule perfectly, but now i have a classes that start at 8 so i have to wake up early and go to the gym in the early hours. Now i don't know really what to do, i can either wake up at 6 eat something and then hit the gym at 630 or wake up at 6 and hit the gym on empty stomach. I don't really know if going on empty stomach is gona help me, going this week without food i felt weak and got tired more easy. Am i too paranoid? should i eat something before i go to the gym??
