    even though he has 2 threads about this, i'm gonna have to agree.

    it would be so easy if people just answered the question and move on. people answered this guys question in teh first thread, but generally speaking, so much time is wasted on bs answers

    Dont get your panties in a bunch.

    Its a retard question, what do you eat before you lift? Carbs + Protein its doesnt depend on the time of day. You can wake up and have brown rice and beef or eggs and oatmeal. Who gives a fuck what you eat before you lift

    I don't think its retarded. We were discussing this in another thread and I posted that personally I'm one who doesn't like to eat too much before I workout because I find it affects my workout negatively. At the same time I don't really want to wake up an hour or two earlier to give myself time to digest it.
