Early morning cardio people

    What do you eat before you run?

    I figured I'll eat something before I go and then come back for a normal breakfast.

    Suggestions?

    When we do our physical training, which usually consists of running 2 miles, situps, and pushups, if I have even a banana before running, I feel like puking afterwards. :hs:

    early morning cardio i dont eat anything cause you have no carbs in your system so your basically fasting so your body feeds off of fat cells more
