Those of you that are part of the early AM workout/gym crew... What time do you generally get to bed, wake up, and start lifting?

    For me it's
10:30 to 11:00 pm in bed
    ~5:00 am outta bed
~5:45 am at the gym lifting...

I've recently noticed that lately, I'm starting to crash earlier and earlier (9 or 9:30 ish) but i can't get into bed before 10:30 cause I have to do stuff around the house, manage personal/family stuff, etc...

Sleep around ten. Up at 5:30 to make my breakfast shake, brust teeth and at the gym around 6:15am. sometimes I feel like crashing early and when I do, I feel more tired waking up the following morning.

What pisses me off is that I always wake up at 2:10am and 3:10am every time.

I recently began hitting the gym before work once or twice a week at 6:00 am. It started off to work on core and calves as I never do it at night - but I have started incorporating my usual workouts.
I am never as strong in the AM as I am at night, but I always feel great the rest of the day when I workout in the morning.

I need to get to bed before 11 to make it worthwhile though.

I'd wait at least an hour before any heavy lifting (pulling/squatting) to avoid back/disc injuries.

Don't do this anymore. But I used to do...

    5:30AM - wake up, eat
    6:30AM - gym
    8:00-8:30AM - shower, eat again
    10:00AM - work
    11:00PM - home from work
    12:00AM - bed
