You want two cartlidge piercings on your left ear at the same time? How did your industrial heal? I am sure they pierced all that at the same time :p

yeah but it didnt heal very well seemed like it took forever. yes i want two on one ear about an inch apart from each other. and a rook also. i am just wandering if haveing so many piercings on one ear at one time will slow down the healing. bcuz i know my industrial didnt heal as fast as when i used to have my cartledg pierced.

Cartilage doesn't heal very quickly anyway. From Almighty Buttons thread, you're looking at 4-8 months.

Cartilage can take quite a while to heal, as previously mentioned, but you can pierce more than one part of it at once, although it should be taken into consideration how close to eachother each one is as to allow for any swelling at the piercing site(s).

and do you think an inch to an inch and a a half will be enough room for swelling. none ofmy other piercing seem to swell that bad. so ithink ill be pretty safe.

    That'll be more than enough.

I have a rook in my right ear and an industrial in my left.

All my cartlidge piercings (except for my tragus) have taken 4 or more months to heal. My anti-tragus was pierced 4 months ago and it still has a few more months left of healing to go :(

The industrial is 2 piercings joined. So bumping one end, bumps the other! This might be why the industrial took a little longer to heal?

My orbital still hurts when hit just right and its been 6 months perhaps. Those are tougher to heal, like audrey said, because you bump one part and the other gets hit.
My conch which I got done a few weeks ago doesn't hurt much at all though.
