I've been reading up on E/C and just have some questions... 1. Can you take e/c with creatine? I read caffeine removes the water from the muscle, negating any effects of creatine. In some cases it leads to serious dehydration and intestinal problems even while consuming a lot of water. Only found this in one article so didnt know if you guys had heard otherwise? 2. What about arginine with caffeine? If caffeine reduces the width of blood vessels and arginine acts as a dialator it seems like you shouldnt do it. 3. What'e the best timing/split for the e/c stack throughout the day? Appreciate it.
