    what doses/times per day you take??


    me i do 2
    25/200 when i wake up
    25/200 right after lunch/before workout

    my splits vary sometimes, depending what my training schedule is like, but its usually one of these two.

    50/400 wake up
    25/ 200 mid day
    25/ 200 early evening

    or

    50/400 wake up
    50/400 mid day/early eve ( before cardio training )
