    Looks like fun

I understand it builds up endurance+strength. Will it also help build mass in the forearms? Is there a version where you can adjust the RPMs? Looks good when im away from the gym.

I've had one for quite a while. I use it at work when I get bored/have nothing to do which is 85% of the time. I wouldn't use it in place of doing forearm exercises, but it does help.

The rpms are determined by how fast you move your hand. The faster you move it the harder it gets. They also make caps you can add that measure how many rpm's you got it up to but I think that'd be a waste of money.

nice. I am doing forearm workouts but I'm also being impatient. Forearms are small and failing on me too much :(

I think there are some 30% off coupons floating around for this weekend. I'll check it out soon.

One of my training partners has one....

Apparently he was sitting on his couch naked while using it and managed to get his sack caught in it. This happened about 8 months ago and we still give him shit for it . I'm surprised he even told us.

I can't imagine how bad that would feel. I made the mistake of stopping it with my hand once and that got me pretty good. :hsd:
