DVD's i burn cant be read by player or computer..

    i am trying to backup my King of the Hill season 1... i am using DVD shrink...i brn all the files on the disc fine, but nothing will read it, i used both DVD shrink's built in nero burner and nero 6 ultra....but alas....the disc will nto play anywhere, its an RW so i am burning over the same oen (so i dont waste discs) i burnt a couple other movies the same way i am doing now and they worked fine...wtf??? why wont this work!!

    your DVD player probably can't read RWs.

    I have found that the brand of the media can make a difference as to what devices will play the burned disk. Have you tried a different brand of media?

    Check the +RW or -RW. Some players will only play one or the other.

    i think it might be the software....DVD X copy platinum sucks a nut!!!!!! it played on ym DVD player somewhat...it was VERY artifacted and screwed up thogh...wouldnt play on my PS2, but looks great on my comp... however with the software instantDVD it took 240 minutes to burn the DVD, but it actually worked on all 3 of my players... wtf??
