My friend Amy just got this program and we can't seem to get it to work with her or my Apex DVD players. I'll have to check the format of the DVDs and make sure they are compatible, but would there be any other reason why it wouldn't work?

Not all DVD players can play burned discs. I've had an Apex before and it played everything I tried.

If you go to dvdrhelp.com, on the left side is a link called DVD players. You can look up the model you have and it will list comments by users on which formats play and such.

You can always try another program to make them in. I use DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink which are both freeware. dvdrhelp also has a lot of guides to help you out.

Are you using Gold or Platinum? And what version? If you're using gold, you're using xpress, I assume. If so, make sure "Copy entire disc" is NOT checked, ever. It has corrupted every disc I've burned. Platinum is a much better program, overall.
