Can anyone recommend a DVD player or changer that will support SVCDs besides APEX and JVC????????

My Pioneer plays it with no problem, but while a VCD has resume, a SVCD doesn't

I have a Pioneer DV-C503 that plays SVCD's just fine. Got it at Costco about 6 months ago (more or less) for $180. Beats using a PS2 as a DVD player, that's for sure!

True or do a googlesearch about changing firmware on dvd players. If you change the firmware (which is quite simple) you can play svcd's.
