I have several DVD's that I want to rip and then convert into a format that I have put on a website. Not the full DVD, just clips. These are instructional DVD's. So it would be a series of 30-90 second clips. I haven't decided if I am going to put them on my website directly, or host on youtube (or similar) on a private page. There are no copyright issues (I own/made the footage).

    What program(s) would you suggest?

I have mac the ripper already installed on my computer and that does a great job of ripping it, but it leaves me with .vob files and I still need a program to convert to the file format (.avi or whatever). Or, is there a program out there that will do it in one step? The video/audio quality will also need to be reduced (obviously).

    Thanks.
