If you want to turn concert DVDs into MP3s, this is what I use and it's all free.

DVD Decrypter. After you download and install it, go into the options and in the IFO settings, tell it to split by chapter instead of an arbitrary size.

Exit options, switch into IFO mode, pick the proper stream (You'll need a DVD program to tell you which title you're in), then go into Stream Processing.

Enable stream processing and turn off the video stream; you won't need it anyway. Toggle off the 5.1 soundstream(s) and leave just a 2 channel stream. Go back to the main tab and pick a location to save to and click the Rip button.

After that's done, you'll need a program called BeSweet to turn the AC3 files you just ripped into MP3s. Do yourself a favor and download the BeSweetGUI frontend also.

All the files I've mentioned are available at Doom9.org's download page.
