Is this dust behind my lens?

What is the best way of cleaning behind the lens? I think I have some compressed air at work. Camera is a D70s BTW. :sadwavey:

Here's how to test if it's on your sensor.

Set up to take a picture of the sky. Have it on manual and expose it properly but make sure it's below f/10. Then do the same shot at f/20-30. If the spots only show up at smaller apertures, it's dust on your sensor.

For dust on lens to show up on pics, it's gotta be a big chunk of dust. It's most likely on your sensor.

I think it may be on the sensor. When I was taking pictures at the autox and I had it at like f/29 they showed up but didn't show up at like f/10.
