Dunkin Donuts reduced carb bagel with cheese....

    Had one this morning, and I was kinda surprised at the nutritonal content.
    380 cals
    12g of fat
    45 grams of carbs
    25grams of protein

    Not a bad alternative to regular bagels :cool:

    most of that is probably soy protein though

    I never read up on the differences between soy and other types of protein. I guess I should do that :hs:

    Once in a while ok for you, wouldn't recommend it as a daily thing though.

    Even a regular bagel has ~10 grams of protein though :dunno:
