    i think you can have 3gb. but with dual channel ram and all that jazz, im not sure if it will be THAT much faster than 2gb

    You can check in System Profiler how much ram and what banks they are installed in.

    Would more RAM lower my CPU & GPU temperature? Or should I get a laptop cooler? Whenever I use Photoshop with a pen tablet, the temp goes up making my fans go 6000rpm.
