dumb question

    will i get stronger if i lift a lot of weights but keep my diet from 1500-2000 calories a day? i don't want to get bigger i want to be more cut and stronger.

    that's pretty low calories, you'll probably get weaker along with losing weight.

    How heavy are you that you don't want to get bigger?

    You can get stronger and not gain weight, but you may need more calories than that.
