Ok I'm 6' 152. I am trying to get started gaining a decent amount of weight. I've got my Nlarge2, flax, vitamins, and am working on eating between 3500-4000 calories a day. It's hard to find things I like that are good, I'm too picky.

Anyways my question is this, while training to make large gains, I understand we should do excessive cardio. But I'm taking a swimming class in my last semester and it's really kicking my ass. Is it going to hurt my weight gain efforts by trying to do some cardio so that I don't look like such bitch in the swimming class?

tossing in a little extra cardio won't be bad - maybe even toss in some GPP complexes

And if you want to keep muscle mass and just burn fat try and keep the cardio light, keep your heart rate around 130 or so.
