It should be in your browser's preferences. I'd tell you where exactly, but I'm on a Windoze. :o

    if you're using safari..

open prefrences, go to general tab, the choice is there on where to save things. I almost recommend unchecking the box below that, open safe files.

I let it save things to the desktop and then my automator script runs and sorts things to the correct folders. :bigok:

    automator.

How do you have that setup? It sounds like it could be really handy.

i save to desktop, and then depending on what it is move it to another folder or delete or unzip, etc. most things i leave on my desktop for like 2 days and if i still want it i will organize it

yep, same here. except I have a limewire folder and a safari folder so I can remember where each set of files go.

and good job on the automator script. I haven't touched it in a while and know it could help me out in the long run...!!!
