I use to play Duke 3d at school over the network, me and a friend want to get a game going between some of our old friends from school.

It will have to be over the internet, but how?

I have no clue what I am doing, but I want to find out a way to maybe setup one of our computers as a server or something so we can all play

    Can Anyone Help?

    Thanks,

I don't think Duke 3d supports TCP/IP, but I could be wrong. Games back then were usually just IPX, modem, and null modem.

You could try Kali or an equivalent application if anything like that exists anymore.

I found a few things ... Kali, Kahn, IC they all still work fine

I ran into a new problem though, NT and Win2k does not support VXD (I think thats right) so none of those problems work with my OS

I am already ready to change back to Win98 (do not like XP) So my gaming experience will commence soon :)

ok i know what the problem is you have to set the number of players to the exact number of people playing, believe me this was my computer tech class this entire year
