I am stuck with a 120watt power supply that I NEED to use to run a mobo that requires 150watts.

what will happen if I try to use the powersupply; will it fail? I need this second machine up and running by 2pm tomorrow, and the 170watt powersupply STILL hasn't arrived.

also in a semi related note.... if my mobo accepts both 2100 and 2700 DDR, can I use both kinds of sticks at the same time?

I wouldn't recommend shorting yourself on watts with the smaller power supply, and usually when you mix speeds of RAM, the motherboard will run all memory modules at the rate of the slowest one. However, make sure the two types of RAM you're mixing don't cause hardware failure if run together.
