    I failed/dropped weight for the first time in my life while squatting today. This means to me that I am finally pushing myself, so I decided to start a blog to track my progress.

    Stats:
    5'9
    142 pounds
    19 years old

    November 6, My Big Lifts of the Day:
    Squat: 185x4
    Deadlift: 225x5
    Bench DB: 65x3

    Swam Yesterday
    30 Laps, 25 yards

    Ran on Tuesday
    20 mins: 10 min jog, 10 min fast run


    The goal by the end of the year is squatting 225x5, deadlift 300x5, bench db 80x5.

    November 12, My Big Lifts of the Day:

    Squat: 195x3
    Deadlift: 235x4

    Added rows to my workout routine: 85x5 (barbell)

    Bike and ran: 6 mins each, to get the blood flowing.

    My lower back is soar, so I think I need to work on my form for deadlifting.

    I will post up a picture next time I update, so we can see if I am making progress.

    I need to hit the gym hard, if I am going to meet my goals.
