timber 15% around here is cut..you know better. I have been bashed forever here for suggesting being 8-10% and eating clean to add muscle. I have made my best gains ever at 8-9% right now. I wish i practiced this years ago.

10% is perfect bf to grow at...you cant be this stupid can you? You want to add 5% bf instead of growing at 10%? Yes lets slow your metabolism down more and put more bf on...fuck this forum makes me want to slit my wrists sometimes.

Ah, i'd guess im around 13% then
I have obliques when relaxed and the outside abs, but no six pack visible, even when flexed. Would that sound about right?
