    PowerPC is good at teh multi-core. Remember... the cell processors basically use a G5 as the controller for all the little cells.

    I'm pretty sure there are dual core PPCs. The MacTel PowerMacs are supposed to be some of the last "converts" IIRC.

    I'd sell my 6-month old 12" pb for a dual core g4 powerbook... in a second!

    (too bd it wont happen! :p )
