dual core 2 diff temps?

    is it normal for dual cores to have two very diff temps? one is at 30c one is at 40c

    I haven't seen that big of a difference.

    Just curious, what motherboard is this on?

    Mine is usually off by 5 degrees or so at most, but assuming one core is doing most of the work at one time, I suppose 10 isn't out of the question.

    on my quad core, I have temps that span 8 or 9 degrees celsius sometimes.

    mine normally are different by about 7 degrees when running windows and they come to about 2 degrees of each other when running a program that more efficently takes advantage of the second core.
